J & G Consulting and Training LLC (2019) was founded by husband and wife Jerel and Gabrielle Benton. Founded out of their passion for organizations and persons to become more culturally aware, inclusive, and actionable surrounding equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Between the two of them, they have ​well over 10 years of experience in the innovative application of equity inclusive leadership to help create effective and practical change to a variety of sectors including health, business, education, non-government and government sectors. They have worked with both individuals and organizations in consultation and training roles.
